Meet the Mom Behind Real Food Littles

Feeling lost when it comes to baby-led weaning?

I definitely know what that’s like.

When my twins were approaching 6 months, I started researching how to introduce solid foods through baby-led weaning. With my experience working with families as a personal chef and a Nutrition Therapist, I honestly thought it would be a piece of cake.

Wrong.

What I found was that despite mountains of information on breastfeeding, there is very little practical information out there about how to safely and effectively introduce solid foods to little ones. And there’s even less clarity about how to realistically fit it into your life without spending hours in the kitchen or resorting to pouches, baby cereal, and puffs.

I created Real Food Littles to solve that problem. There’s a limited developmental window to introduce your baby to as many flavors and textures as possible. You deserve to have everything you need in one place so you can have fun feeding your baby, not spend hours roaming the internet looking for answers.
